The meeting was called to order by Ben Galioto at 10:00 a.m. Three officers were present: Ben Galioto, Nick Pino, and Russell Paul.

Treasurer's Report: Nick Pino, Treasurer, notified the officers and club members that our current balance is $5,150. The Treasurer's report was accepted.

Open Discussion:

Topic 1: Joint Base’s contract to hire Russell Paul as Skeet Mechanic is still pending. However, we have been assured that a contract will be in place by late May or early June. Ben Galioto will continue to follow up with Joint Base regarding this matter.

Topic 2: NJSSA paid Ben Galioto $400 for preparing, printing, and mailing the 2018 State Shoot Programs. The officers have agreed that the State Shoot programs will be mailed out by June 15th, 2018.

Topic 3: Nick Pino provided the officers with a new caterer for this year’s State Shoot Dinner. Ben Galioto is in the process of finalizing the menu with this caterer. It is anticipated that the dinner will be served at the Joint Base clubhouse (near the rifle range) following Saturday’s shoot-offs.

Topic 4: Ben Galioto has reached out to Lonesome Charlie’s Leather Goods and ordered the 2018 State Championship leather pouches as well as HOA runner-up belt buckle.
