Three Officers and one club represent from Pine Belt Sportsman's club were present.

Treasurer's Report: Nick Pino, Treasurer, provided the Officers with a bank statement and a copy of the General Ledger. Both statements had a balance of $2,811.

Since there were no voting items the officers went directly to the open floor discussion.

During the month of February Nick Pino notified Ben Galioto that the individual who prepared our state shoot programs in the past would not be able to prepare them for 2017. Ben Galioto assumed this responsibility and completed a preliminary state shoot program. A copy was distributed to the officers for their review. It was agreed that the State Shoot programs would be mailed out in June.

This year in an effort to save cost we will be utilizing a manual computer software to run both four-gun events. In the past we paid upwards of $500 to have someone run our State Shoot. This year all three officers will work together by completing key forms that address shooter-registration, squadding and a sign up receipts. We also agreed to adhere to a firm schedule in order to streamline the entire process.

The final agenda item was the State Shoot Dinner. Nick Pino will provide us with an estimate from a caterer within the next two weeks.
