August 13, 2016 Officers Meeting (Minutes)
Officers Meeting Location: Pine Belt Sportsman Club - The meeting was called to order by Ben Galioto at 11 a.m.

Three officers and two club representatives were present, for a total of five voting members.

Treasurer's Report: Nick Pino, Treasurer, notified the officers and club members that our current balance is $2,048.20. This figure includes all payments for State Shoot program ads as well as State Shoot deposits. The Treasurer's report was accepted.

A State Shoot sign-up grid was created by Ben Galioto and populated by both Ben Galioto and Nick Pino. This document was reviewed and accepted by the officers and club representatives. The sign-up grid was given to Kevin Dawkins for entry into his computer software, which will significantly expedite the sign-up process for the State Shoot.

The State Shoot dinner will consist of pizza, subs, snacks, soda and beer, and dessert. Howard "Buttons" Matthews will be donating soda and water. Nick Pino will be donating beer. Joint Base will be donating lunch and beverages to the referees on both Saturday and Sunday. Donna Seck will donate $150 toward the dinner.

Ben Galioto introduced a motion to modify the state minimums in order to qualify for the State Team. The mandatory state minimums will be lowered to 600-600-600-600 respectively. A total of 300 targets in each gauge are to be shot in the state of New Jersey. The only mandatory tournament will be the NJ State Shoot, and shooters will be expected to shoot all four guns (12ga, 20ga, 28ga, and 410 bore). The motion was passed by a vote of 5-0. There will be two more votes on this motion.
