Greg Khalaf gave the secretaries report. Florham Park tuned in shoot fees to Greg Khalaf and therefore the fees were officially received on the day of the event. It was noted that this is a permissible method of submitting fees and reports. Chief Referee: Ed Amaty had no report. Presidents Report: Most improved shooters for 2010 were determined. Ray Stas is number 1. State Team members will be awarded plaques; Ray Stas will receive the award at the State Shoot for most improved shooter in NJ. Old Business: Awards for the State shoot that were selected will be ordered by Tony Yovnello. Cost was estimated and the expense was approved. Larry Patrusevich provided forms for selling ads and boosters for the State shoot program. A provider for metals and the design were selected however a cost was not available. Tee shirt design will be done by Tolga and Zeke. Squadding procedures for State shoot were discussed. Tony Yovnello with take deposits. A printer, paper and extra ink cartridges will be purchased by Eddie Amaty. The printer will be property of NJSSA and is to be used by NJSSA at JBMDL to administrate shoots. No progress was made on selecting a caterer, menu or prices for dinner at the State shoot. Ernie Yeager will get prices for catering services for the dinner at the State Shoot. New Business: Referees staffing will be done by Ed Amaty for State shoot. Jim Bogle was nominated for Vice President of NJSSA. He accepted. A vote was taken and Jim Bogle is now VP of NJSSA. Next meeting is scheduled on May 25, 2011 at JBMDL range 14 in the evening.
