Meeting called to order at 19:31by Mr. Gumusayak.

Last Minutes were read and accepted as written.

Treasurer’s report was read by Mr. Yovnello

Old business: T-Shirts were discussed and agreed upon by all present. Zeke will order and have them for the shoot. Medals were dropped at Tolga’s coach and medals that were not delivered and still outstanding will be addressed by Tolga.

New business: Who will hand out medals was discussed, Tolga said he would do it. Shells and money for prizes was addressed. Referees are covered, with no shortfalls expected. Machine maintenance before and during the shoot will be followed-up to Fort Dix by Larry. Larry and Tony got into a debate about dinners and Larry won the debate.

The next meeting is scheduled to be held at Fort Dix Rod and Gun club on the 28th of August, 2010 at 19:30 hours.
